Haitian Mars Series: Servo-Hydraulic Toggle Injection Molding Machine
Equipped with high-response servo drive technology, the MA series balances molding precision, operational stability and energy efficiency to cut production power consumption. Widely used for general plastic products such as home appliance housings, automotive components, daily necessities and packaging containers, it stands as one of Haitian’s flagship models with a proven and reliable technology platform, attractive cost-performance ratio and consistent market performance. It is the worlds most sold injection molding machine with more than 400.000 untis delivered.
Haitian Jupiter Series: Two-Platen Injection Molding Machine
Adopting a compact two-platen clamping structure, the JU series features large mold space, long opening stroke and high workshop space utilization, catering to production requirements for large and deep-cavity molds. It is extensively applied to large plastic articles including automotive bumpers, instrument panels, logistics turnover boxes and large waste containers. It boasts distinct advantages in footprint, mold adaptability and molding stability.
Zhafir (All-) Electric Injection Molding Machine
Built on all-electric drive technology, Zhafir machines produce no hydraulic oil contamination and deliver exceptional injection repeat precision, supporting cleanroom-grade production. Featuring high precision, fast cycle speed, low energy consumption, flexible process adaptability and strong automation integration capability, they serve high-value sectors such as medical, precision electronics, optics and cosmetic packaging to meet strict requirements for high-quality clean manufacturing, with outstanding productivity and part yield.
With two similar product lines in design the Zeres Series features integrated hydraulics in the side movements, whilst the Venus series is the all-electric counterpart.
III. Core Technology Breakdown
Haitian focuses its core technology development on servo hydraulics, two-platen clamping, all-electric drive and intelligent control.
The MA series uses servo drive and precision motion control to supply power on demand, achieving a good balance of energy saving, response speed and molding stability.
The JU series leverages the two-platen clamping design, shortening machine length while offering larger mold space and extended opening stroke for large part manufacturing.
Zhafir all-electric injection molding machines utilize independent servo drives to realize high precision, synchronized multi-motion operation and clean production. Combined with intelligent process adjustment, quality monitoring and open interfaces, the machines can integrate with robots, vision inspection systems and MES systems to build automated, digital injection molding production cells.

Templa operates six electric Zhafir Zeres machines within its 22-machine injection molding fleet. In a documented comparison producing a PP TV20 technical part with a 28-second cycle and approx. 90 g shot weight, the Zeres consumed about 30% less energy than the compared hydraulic machine. Digitally networked peripherals, energy monitoring and automated processes contribute to short throughput times and zero-defect production.

Consumer Goods
Haitian engineered and manufactured the JU88000 with 88,000 kN clamping force and 134,000 cm³ injection volume for Belli SAS. The project exceeded initial customer requirements by reducing the machine footprint and optimizing injection performance. The machine completed extensive testing, received CE certification in September 2023 and was formally accepted by the customer in October 2023. A customized Hilectro VD-150ID robot was integrated as part of the solution.

Automotive
MöllerGroup operates 47 Haitian machines worldwide, mainly Jupiter and Mars machines plus two electric Zeres machines, with clamping forces from 150 to 1,850 tons. The machines support frequent tool changes and flexible production planning. The partnership has expanded into automation, including a Mars 200 combined with a Hilectro V1300 robot and Smart Solutions production cell. Haitian is also involved early in selected projects to customize machine configurations.

Automotive
Haitian machines were integrated into Giebeler’s production and connected to its MES via standardized EUROMAP interfaces. This improved real-time production transparency, reduced manual checks, accelerated root-cause analysis and supported documented process stability and traceability. Servo-hydraulic drive technology, stable plasticizing and open automation interfaces also support lower operating costs and stable OEE.
