AgingGuard 30 mm reference construction in high-tenacity polyester, tested for 400 hours of fluorescent UV weathering with 4 h light / 4 h condensation cycles.
AgingGuard is an aging-resistant functional woven webbing developed for products exposed to long-term sunlight, rain, moisture, temperature changes, abrasion and repeated loading. The tested 30 mm high-tenacity polyester construction carries a surface protection treatment designed to improve strength retention, weather resistance and appearance stability during extended use.
After 400 hours of fluorescent UV weathering with 4 h light / 4 h condensation cycles, initial breaking strength of 29,913 N was retained at 28,760 N, a 3.9% loss against a technical requirement of no more than 8%. That result gives product teams a measurable starting point when webbing is specified for straps that stay outdoors.
Evaluated under fluorescent UV with 4 h light / 4 h condensation cycles, so buyers can review long-term outdoor exposure performance before committing to a production run.
Breaking strength moved from 29,913 N to 28,760 N, staying inside the technical requirement of no more than 8% strength loss.
30 mm width, 3.0 mm thickness and 63 g/m weight give a concrete baseline for strap, bag and gear development.
Designed for environments involving UV exposure, rain, moisture and repeated temperature changes.
The surface treatment helps reduce the impact of water, dirt and outdoor contamination on webbing appearance and durability.
Suitable for straps that experience repeated adjustment, fastening, friction and outdoor use.

The series carries the reference model 30-3000. The published test data belongs to the 30 mm wide, 3.0 mm thick and 63 g/m high-tenacity polyester reference construction, which makes it the most fully documented option for projects that need a tested baseline.
High-tenacity polyester is the tested reference material for the AgingGuard series. Nylon 66 and other polyester or nylon constructions are also available for development, which allows a project to align tensile behavior, hand feel and finish with the finished product.
The webbing is woven as a functional construction and finished with a surface protection treatment intended to support strength retention, weather resistance and appearance stability over time. Widths, thicknesses and colors are developed together with the construction so the finished strap performs as intended in its end use.
Width, thickness, color and construction can be developed according to application requirements. Share the strap geometry, loading expectation, color reference and the environment the product will face, and the construction can be planned around those inputs instead of a fixed catalogue item.
The tested webbing ran 400 hours of fluorescent UV weathering using 4 h light / 4 h condensation cycles. Initial breaking strength was 29,913 N and breaking strength after aging was 28,760 N.
The tested construction recorded a 3.9% strength loss, against a technical requirement of no more than 8%.
The reference construction is 30 mm wide, 3.0 mm thick and weighs 63 g/m.
