The AUV-600 is a long-range heavy-duty autonomous underwater vehicle engineered for deep-sea exploration and offshore oil & gas inspection missions. It is built around a pressure-rated hull rated for 6000 m depth, adopting titanium alloy pressure housing, corrosion-resistant syntactic foam buoyancy modules and seawater-resistant electronics to withstand extreme abyssal environments. Key specifications: dimensions 600 mm × 6 m, total weight 1200 kg. Configurable rated depths of 1000 m / 3000 m / 6000 m. Operating speed ranges from 1–6 knots, with standard endurance ≥24 hours at 3 knots. Its navigation system combines INS+DVL+GNSS+USBL, delivering positioning accuracy of 0.5% of range. Primary applications include 6000 m deep-sea bathymetry, oceanographic surveys, subsea resource exploration, abyssal environmental monitoring, deep-sea mineral resource surveys, and deep-sea geological exploration.
