This AUV-480 is a streamlined, high-stability autonomous underwater vehicle engineered for seabed bathymetry mapping, offshore oil & gas inspection and marine environmental monitoring. It features a pressure-rated hull (rated for 2000 m), high-strength anodized aluminum alloy / titanium housing and corrosion-resistant construction for long-term reliability in harsh marine environments. With dimensions of 480 mm × 6.5 m and a total weight of 700 kg, it operates at depths up to 300 m, cruises at 1–5 knots and delivers endurance of ≥20 hours at 3 knots. Equipped with an integrated INS+DVL+GNSS+USBL navigation system (positioning accuracy 0.3% of range), it ensures precise underwater positioning. It is widely deployed for subsea pipeline mapping, nearshore hydrographic & environmental monitoring, offshore engineering surveys and underwater structure inspection.
