Building on this foundation, SHKFILM have expanded into the thermal lamination film sector; all the finished thermal films utilize 100% in-house produced no-primer base film, thereby ensuring the integrity of the no-primer process right from the source. SHKFILM supplies BOPP thermal lamination gloss and matt film, ensuring that the base film used for thermal films are 100% of the no-primer type and never use base films that have a primer coating. For thermal film, its base film and adhesive layer are thermally fused at the molecular level, resulting in a pure white, translucent appearance free from chemical migration or static residue. This process eliminates the issues of blocking and waste—often spanning hundreds of meters—that typically plague conventional thermal lamination films under prolonged heavy pressure or high residual heat, thereby ensuring 100% usability of the entire roll during slitting and unwinding. Furthermore, it imparts exceptional peel strength to the finished product, ensuring that edges remain secure and no blistering occurs during downstream processes such as embossing, hot stamping, or long-term ocean transport.
