Feature

The HZS120 delivers 120 m³/h of high-quality concrete through a 2000L twin-shaft compulsory mixer, making it ideal for medium-to-large construction projects. It features precision weighing with ±2% accuracy for aggregates and ±1% for cement, water, and additives, all managed by a PLC-based control system with industrial PC and 24-inch LCD monitoring. Four 16m³ aggregate silos with anti-blocking devices, 800mm belt conveyors, and optional 150t powder silos with φ273mm/φ219mm screw conveyors ensure reliable material handling, while emergency stop switches, anti-fall protection, and dust-proof control cabinets guarantee safe, low-maintenance operation.
