Feature

Multiple hydraulic functions are integrated into one compact power unit. Single-pump and double-pump configurations support different flow and function requirements. Independent lifting, steering, leveling and outrigger functions can be integrated into the hydraulic manifold. Main and emergency auxiliary power functions are available in one coordinated system. Application-specific valve circuits provide controlled movement and reliable load holding. Optional proportional flow control enables smooth starting, stopping and speed adjustment. Return-line filtration improves hydraulic oil cleanliness and protects pumps and valves. Load-holding and counterbalance valves improve platform stability and operational safety. Position, pressure, oil level and temperature sensors can be integrated into the system. Wired, wireless, PLC and CAN Bus control interfaces are available. Compact manifold construction reduces external hoses, fittings and potential leakage points. The hydraulic circuit can be matched to synchronized cylinders, position-sensing cylinders and multiple actuators. Each completed power unit undergoes pressure, leakage, valve-function, electrical and full-cycle testing before shipment.
