Standard 150-125 L=1200. Other lengths from 1m to 2m available. Choose from three connection methods. Custom models can be heat-treated to achieve specified hardness.
The pipe body is made of wear-resistant alloy steel or high-carbon steel. The thickened pipe end provides extra strength. Hardness of HRC 58-62 is achieved through heat treatment. Outer surface is shot-blasted and coated with anti-rust primer and topcoat.
We customize length, connection, hardness, and surface finish. MOQ 1 piece, sample orders accepted. Pre-shipment inspection and third-party testing (SGS/BV) available.
Construction Company (Case #937): Supplied 50 units for a high-rise building project. After 3 years of operation, the pipes showed stable performance with 30% longer lifespan than standard pipes due to HRC 58-62 hardness.
