The MDS131 is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, with options for SS304 (standard) and SS316L (enhanced corrosion resistance). The multi-disk design consists of a series of fixed and rotating disks that progressively dewater sludge as it moves through the screw shaft. This self-cleaning structure prevents clogging and ensures continuous operation.
Widely used in municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment (chemical, textile, paper, electroplating, pharmaceutical), food processing and slaughterhouse industries, livestock and agricultural wastewater, and landfill leachate treatment. Suitable for low to high concentration sludge with continuous operation.
