Specified salt spray performance is ≥96 hours to white rust and ≥240 hours to red rust. SS304, SS316, SS316L, brass, and enhanced finishes are available for suitable custom designs. 7. Pressure and Size Selection The product range covers 210–630 bar working pressures, with ORFS thread sizes from 9/16"-18 to 2-1/2"-12, depending on series and size. Connection ratings depend on the fitting, O-ring, mating interface, and lowest-rated assembly component. 8. Quality Control and Inspection JINGYE Fittings operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Inspection covers material specifications, thread gauges, flat-face finish, O-ring grooves, critical dimensions, burr removal, coating condition, and visual quality.
