Models and Options
The FPIT range covers general-purpose, drive isolation, K-factor, three-phase and single-phase isolation transformers. Three-phase units are supplied with AN or AF cooling, indoor or outdoor enclosure, protection degree IP00, IP21 or IP23, and an optional electrostatic shield. Connection, vector group, impedance and tap configuration are matched to the project single-line diagram.
Materials and Structure
The core is built from high-quality grain-oriented electrical steel with an optimized magnetic circuit. Windings use high-conductivity copper or aluminum conductors with reinforced insulation, supported by a high-performance insulation system that may include epoxy resin, Nomex, polyester insulation and high-temperature insulating paper. An optional copper or aluminum electrostatic shielding layer between primary and secondary windings reduces common-mode noise. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel enclosure provides mechanical protection for long-term operation.
Customization
Primary and secondary voltages, rated capacity, impedance, connection type, vector group, tap range, temperature rise, cooling method and enclosure protection degree can all be configured to the application. Units are designed and manufactured to applicable IEC, IEEE, ANSI and UL requirements according to the target market.
