Feature

Compact under-body installation minimizes occupied space beneath the trailer body. The four product families cover tipping capacities from 4 to 21 tons. Three-stage to six-stage configurations provide multiple stroke and closed-length combinations. The maximum stroke reaches 2,057 mm while maintaining a compact retracted structure. L120 and L105 models support working pressures up to 200 bar. L90 and L75 models support working pressures up to 220 bar. The articulated upper ball allows up to 30 degrees of angular movement during tipping. Multiple port standards support European, Asian and international hydraulic system connections. Optional rod-eye connections provide greater mounting flexibility. Cylinder supports, cradles, brackets and hydraulic power packs are available for complete dump trailer lifting systems. The single-acting design provides hydraulic extension and gravity retraction, simplifying the hydraulic circuit.
