The Tenor Small-Scale Domestic Waste Incineration System is intended for townships, cities and other small- to medium-scale municipal waste treatment projects. It combines modules such as a hopper, hydraulic feeder, reciprocating step grate, combustion chamber, ash hopper and slag-removal system into a complete WTE process line. The step grate organizes waste movement through drying, combustion and burnout stages; segmented control and coordinated air supply help disperse the waste, maintain continuous transport and support thorough combustion. The hydraulic feeding unit can adjust the feed rate according to furnace load, while the grate sections can be controlled independently to accommodate changing waste conditions.
