Winley Electric has successfully completed production of two 34 MVA Substation Power Transformers. Engineered for utility and industrial power applications, these high-capacity transformers adhere strictly to ANSI/IEEE standards for North American markets. Equipped with a 304 stainless steel structure and NEMA 4X weatherproof enclosure, they deliver outstanding protection against harsh outdoor conditions, and the whole production was accomplished within just 12 weeks.

Winley Electric successfully completed the production of 31 units of three-phase pad mounted transformers for a North American client, covering two core specifications: 2550kVA and 3750kVA, with high-voltage ratings of 34.5kV and 12.87kV. This batch production, completed efficiently within the agreed timeframe, fully demonstrates Winley Electric’s strong mass production capacity and high production efficiency—we can simultaneously handle the production of multiple specifications of transformers in large quantities, strictly control production cycles, and ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality. It is worth noting that Winley Electric’s entire series of three-phase pad mounted transformers have obtained UL and CUL certifications, fully complying with North American safety and quality standards.
